Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 7-14 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
1. You have 7 Days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 7 days of receipt (excludes sale items)
2. Sale and promotional products or Special offer products are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.
3. Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained. Damage or stain caused by customers may result in partial refund up to 50% of total payment.
4. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.
5. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Please return through your local post office once you have received confirmation and details from our customer service or refund will not be accepted.
7. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
8. Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry, we will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through our email or online chat!
Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?
You can return or exchange within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition must comply with above policy.

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 7 Days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted And excludes sale items.

We will offer full refund of the items you returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
What if my package was refused or was undeliverable?
Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? No problem. We offer free resend as soon as the previous order returned.
